Meet Dr. Scott Wright
Nearly 17 years helping patients move better, recover from injury, and live healthier, more active lives through personalized, movement-focused chiropractic care.

A Career Built Around Movement
Dr. Scott Wright earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University because he knew early on that he wanted a career centered around movement, health, and human performance.
It was his wife who first suggested looking into chiropractic. Once he discovered how the chiropractic profession seamlessly combined exercise science, rehabilitation, and the body's natural ability to heal, he realized he had found the path that perfectly matched his interests.
For nearly 17 years, Dr. Wright has continued expanding his education while helping patients of all ages improve their movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. His approach isn't just about providing an adjustment—it's about empowering patients to understand their bodies.

How Dr. Wright Approaches Patient Care
Pain doesn't always begin where it's felt. That simple truth is at the core of how Dr. Wright approaches every patient who walks into Helix Care. Movement tells a story, and when a patient experiences discomfort, it is often the result of compensations and dysfunctions that have developed over time.
Because no two patients move exactly the same way, every person deserves an individualized evaluation. Dr. Wright doesn't rely on cookie-cutter protocols or assume that a specific diagnosis requires a standardized treatment. Instead, he looks at the whole picture—how your joints move, how your muscles support them, and how your nervous system coordinates that movement.
His extensive background in Exercise Science, rehabilitation, and personal training deeply influences this perspective. Furthermore, his postgraduate training in Functional Neurology provides an advanced framework for understanding the intricate relationship between the brain, the nervous system, and chronic pain.
Education is a fundamental part of treatment at Helix Care. Dr. Wright believes the body is designed to adapt, recover, and perform when given the right environment. By helping patients understand why they are hurting, he empowers them to take an active role in their recovery. The goal isn't simply helping someone feel better today—it's equipping them with the knowledge and resilience to move better long-term.

What Patients Are Saying
"Dr. Wright is an experienced and empathetic chiropractor, a genuinely good listener who takes the time to understand what’s really going on before jumping into treatment. He works with patients of all ages and handles a wide range of issues with real care and attention. I’ve had chiropractic care for over 30 years across multiple states and countries — thanks to a bad golf swing — and he’s among the best I’ve experienced. His focus on posture, strength, and overall fitness really sets Dr. Wright and his practice apart."
"I can’t recommend Dr. Wright enough! He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and comfortable. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly while supplying you with knowledge behind his treatments, and create a treatment plan that actually works. I’ve noticed such a difference since starting care with him, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly wants the best for you, Dr. Wright is the one to see!"
"Dr. Wright has helped me with many running/fitness related injuries over the years. Oftentimes, bringing me back from injuries that I was told I would need surgery to correct. He takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to assess the problem and uses a combination of chiropractic and physical therapy techniques to get you over the pain and back to doing your chosen activity again. He also suggests exercises to prevent future injuries. He is also personable and professional, which is a plus. I highly recommend going to see him."
